ZOZ objects generally have the ability to relay data through themselves. This has not been mentioned before. We've talked about ZOZ links connecting "to the data stream" but not "to each other". For example, if we had two ZOZ objects, serial numbers A and B, close to each other, we could have A connect by radio to satellite S, and B connect to A by wire. Any data needed by B could be relayed through A. We could also have objects C and D also connected to A by wire, and get data relayed to them via A. We could have G connect to F which connects to E which connects to D which connects to A. When G needed data it would hop from the satellite to A to D to E to F to G. And so on. The topology here, or pattern of connections, is arbitrary. Any pattern is ok as long as everything eventually leads to A which then connects to the satellite. This is known as a "mesh network". Anything can connect to anything, in any pattern, as long as their connections lead eventually to the ZOZ data stream, in this case leading to A which leads to the data stream via satellite S.
